Registration Details

What you will need to register:

• Names of attending students

• You will be asked if your students are HS or MS age and if they will be performing in the Showcase

• Names of teachers/ chaperones 

• There should be 1 teacher or chaperone per every 10 students

• Showcase Piece Information 

• Complete details such as title and length can be emailed later if necessary

• General idea of arrival date and time 

• Once you submit registration, you will receive an emailed invoice within 1-3 days and will have until 10/15 to pay.

• YDW will create individualized class schedules for your students to receive a well-rounded experience. There will be areas on the form for you to include requests and input for class preferences. You will not need to select classes for each of your dancers. Individuals class schedules will be sent the week of the workshop.

Dates

Registration opens September 6th

Deadline for completed registration, Showcase Music and Videos, and Payment is October 15th

Tuition and Fees

Administration Fee: $25 per group

Tuition: $125 per student includes all classes, DOVA Admission, YDW Showcase Ticket

Performance Fee: $100 per piece

Showcase

The YDW Showcase performance will be held at the Santa Fe College Fine Arts Hall on Saturday, November 2nd at 8pm. In respect to our production team and our limited time together, we ask that each group submit only one piece to perform at YDW, unless you are bringing more than 20 students and have more than one performing group. 

• Peice length- 6 minutes max. 

• Schools bringing 20 or more students with separate performing groups may submit a second piece.

• Technical rehearsals will be held on either Friday or Saturday afternoon between 1pm-6pm. 

• Videos and Music files must be submitted to melissa.brenner@sfcollege.edu by October 15th
